The workshop consists of two phases:
1. Writing one's digital prayer
In this first part, each participant chooses a person to whom to address a prayer. Following the structure of the rosary, a message is written in the project's WhatsApp channel chat. Each sentence is written using typical digital messaging language, i.e. including emoji, stickers and links.
2. Making the rosary
Each participant has to choose the most significant words or phrases. They will be given a series of spherical beads with engraved letters, various kinds of charms, smile beads etc. In this second part everyone makes their own rosary-necklace.
It concludes with a collective prayer in which each person recites their own prayer by saying their rosary beads.
